Blueberry and Matcha Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker) by @cookin.green

A fresh and simple recipe by @cookin.green (Instagram) , made even more special thanks to the MatchaMo matcha spread . A touch of sweetness and intensity that takes this dessert to the next level!

Ingredients (for one serving):

🌱 150 g fresh blueberries – washed and frozen
🌱 15g milk protein – for a creamy texture (or Greek yogurt powder)
🌱 A drop of milk or water – to make the process easier
🌱 MatchaMo Matcha Spread – for the final decoration and a richer, more characterful taste

Preparation :

  1. Freeze the blueberries: make sure you put them in the freezer at least 2-3 hours before, so they are well frozen.
  2. Choose the right blender: use a small blender with wide blades, ideal for obtaining a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Blend the ingredients: Place the frozen blueberries, milk protein, and a splash of milk (or water) in the blender. Pulse until smooth and frozen.

Tips for a perfect result:

  • Don't overdo the liquid: add a little at a time to keep the ice cream creamy.
  • MatchaMo touch: decorate your ice cream with a generous dose of MatchaMo matcha spread 🍡. The mix of blueberries and matcha will create a perfect balance between sweetness and intensity!

Note:

This recipe should be enjoyed immediately, as soon as it is prepared, to best appreciate its velvety consistency and fresh flavor!
