Preparation :
- Freeze the blueberries: make sure you put them in the freezer at least 2-3 hours before, so they are well frozen.
- Choose the right blender: use a small blender with wide blades, ideal for obtaining a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Blend the ingredients: Place the frozen blueberries, milk protein, and a splash of milk (or water) in the blender. Pulse until smooth and frozen.

- Don't overdo the liquid: add a little at a time to keep the ice cream creamy.
