The highest quality, straight from the Uji fields
Discover our Premium Ceremonial Matcha , carefully cultivated in the historic region of Uji, Japan . This matcha comes exclusively from the first harvest of the year , using only the youngest and finest leaves to ensure a velvety taste, naturally sweet and free from bitterness .
 Why choose our Uji Matcha?
✔ Premium Ceremonial Quality – Only the most tender and precious leaves of the first harvest
✔ Sweet and velvety flavour – Perfectly balanced, without bitter notes
✔ 100% Organic and Certified – Pesticide-free, with rigorous controls on heavy metals and contaminants
 How is it produced?
 🌱 Shade cultivation
For about 3 weeks before harvest, the plants are covered with bamboo mats and rushes, reducing exposure to the sun. This method increases the content of L-theanine , responsible for the umami flavor and natural sweetness of matcha, and enriches the leaves with chlorophyll, giving the tea a deep green color.
🍃 First harvest: the best of the plant
Only the two youngest leaves at the tip of the branch are selected for our premium matcha, ensuring maximum quality and a smooth, refined flavour .
 ⏳ Slow stone grinding
The leaves, after being steamed and dried, are deprived of stems and veins, transforming into Tencha , the raw material for matcha. They are then ground in granite mills, an artisanal process that takes an hour to produce just 30 grams of very fine powder .
 🔬 Strict quality controls
Each batch is tested for purity and contaminant-free, meeting the highest Japanese and European quality standards.
